Yes. Each Caliber House watch is built on a genuine Seiko mechanical movement and custom-assembled in small numbers. Every piece is refined for balance, proportion, and individuality—never mass-produced.

Are Caliber House watches custom-made?

We offer both limited ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order configurations. Each watch is hand-assembled to the same standard, regardless of configuration.

Can I customize my watch?

Select models may be configured using available options. Customization varies by design and is detailed on the product page.

Are Caliber House watches water-resistant?

Water resistance differs by model. Please consult the individual product specifications. Unless otherwise stated, watches are not intended for swimming or prolonged exposure to water.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Orders begin processing shortly after confirmation and cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Each watch is then hand-assembled specifically for you, which typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks, followed by final inspection prior to shipment.
