Caliber House is a Canada-based retailer offering custom-assembled mechanical timepieces produced in small batches or assembled to order.
Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use its content without authorization.
Any account credentials are your responsibility.
Products & Descriptions
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Due to the custom-assembled nature of our watches, minor cosmetic variations may occur and do not constitute defects.
Caliber House is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Seiko or any other trademarked brand referenced.
Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.
Orders are processed shortly after purchase and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of the website.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, courier, or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All sales are final.
Refunds, replacements, or warranty remedies are provided only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect that affects normal operation, as defined in our Refund & Warranty Policy.
Minor cosmetic variations, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or third-party repairs or modifications are not considered defects and are not covered.
Each watch includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, and branding, is the property of Caliber House and may not be used without permission.
Liability
Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted, Caliber House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
