Final Sale Policy

All Caliber House timepieces are produced in small batches or hand-assembled to order. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or cosmetic variation.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing defect affecting normal operation, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with our warranty.

Defect Reporting Window

Any suspected manufacturing defect must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping & Duties

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
